I have migrated a Joomla3 webiste to Joomla 4.
I see a FOF30 Library version 3.3.6 in the extension manager.

But I don't know if it is the FOF3 older or newer version?
I see this instruction " If you have the file_fof30 extension installed..." I don't see a file_fof30 I am wondering if I mistakenly uninstalled it?
Do I need a file_fof30 extension? Should I reinstall it? If so where can I find it?

Sorry Joomla version is 4.3.1 PHP version is 7..4.33
