Hi!
Please help me figure out this: I have 3 Joomla websites on the same AWS EC2 instance, each one under its own cPanel account - 3 websites, 3 cPanel accounts.
I am able to have just one of the working fine with Akeeba automated backup using CRON.
The syntax for each CRON command is exactly the same:
/usr/local/bin/php /home/ACCOUNT/public_html/cli/akeeba-backup.php
The 2 accounts/websites which automated backups do not work don't even generate Akeeba log files, hence I am attaching just the one and only account/website backup log which is generated.
I'm puzzled here...
Best regards!

Hello,

let's do some basic checks. What's the installed version of Joomla for each site? Are you using Joomla 3 or Joomla 4?

Do you have shell access? If you run the command from the CLI does it work?
