I can see two problem here. The first is that you are using your site's root as the output directory. This is an extremely bad idea and certainly not a supported case. Please make a subdirectory on your site's root (or, better, one level above your site's root) and use that as your backup output directory. You may have to assign it 0777 permissions to make it writable to the backup process.

The other problem I can see is that you have a lot of large video files. It is possible that you are exceeding your disk quota during the backup because of that. Since the bulk of your site (videos) can't be compressed, I'd say that you need about 50-60% of your account's disk quota free for the backup to succeed.
