I just did a backup and restore from a clients server onto mine so I can update their site. jFusion is installed and when I attempt to login to the admin page, or via the front end, I get a blank white page.

I turned on display_errors, and from both the front and the back end, I get this error;

Fatal error: Call to a member function Quote() on a non-object in /PATH/administrator/components/com_jfusion/plugins/smf/user.php on line 38

I opened the user.php file, and line 38 is blank. Any ideas on how to remedy this issue so I can login?

The database connection settings for whatever jFusion is bridging need to be updated in it's configuration file. Your bridged application can't connect to it's database and is messing up jFusion.

I will just remove the jFusion stuff and reinstall after the upgrade since I don't want to move their forum over as well.
