I have just installed 3.0b2-pro and I want to backup to my local c-drive or to dropbox. When I change outputvdirectory to local disk (c:...) it still requires temp output directory. Why does it need temp. output directory. Also when I want to save backup in Dropbox it also requires output directory and temp. directory. I have followed instructions.
Pls where can I find exact instructions on settings for download to c:?

You can't create a backup file directly on your local disk. You have to do the backup on the server where your site is hosted. With the Pro version, you can move the backup file to Dropbox or to a different ftp server after the backup is complete. If you set up an ftp server on your local computer (such as FileZilla Server) you could do this transfer.

The Remote program will also allow you to transfer the backup to the local computer after the backup is done. Remote does not require a local ftp server.
