Hi, i have set as 777 both (output and temp directory) but not work. This is my Log

dlb
The log didn't come through, but let's try to put [DEFAULT_OUTPUT] in the Output directory field in the Akeeba Configuration screen.

I tried but it doesn't work.

I found the log file in your first post. Maybe I hadn't had enough coffee when I looked the first time.

It looks like Akeeba was trying to continue an ongoing backup, not start a new one. Go to the Akeeba Control Panel screen. This is a "magic" location that will kill any backups that Akeeba thinks are in process and delete any temporary files. Then try your backup again and post the new log. I don't think this will fix the problem, but the information that I need is at the beginning of the log, which is missing in this one.
