The support links under Proffesional menu item are not working correctly they just error out on the 404 page.

If you mean the ticket system, they throw a 404 because you have not bought a subscription to the AKEEBADELUXE or SUPPORT level which allows you access to the Private Ticket Support system. Please consult our subscription page for the support options provided with each subscription level.

Support Information

Working hours: We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm Cyprus timezone (EET / EEST). Support is provided by the same developers writing the software, all of which live in Europe. You can still file tickets outside of our working hours, but we cannot respond to them until we're back at the office.
