Is it a Feasible proposition to create an Akeeba Backup Profile to Backup just Product information and Product Images? so that all other settings would remain the same after restoring to a second site?

As I said in the other thread, yes and no. What you are trying to do is partial migration of one site to the other. While you could follow the Advanced Site Transfers tutorial's instructions, I am not sure that your technical level would allow you to do so. What you are trying to do is not easy. It needs technical skills and practice. You told me that you found phpMyAdmin to be very daunting. This whole process is at least ten times more difficult than using phpMyAdmin. It's also not just a matter of setting up a profile (which I could do for you). The toughest part is maintaining the profile and making sure that you don't accidentally overwrite something you shouldn't. This requires knowing very well how things work under the hood.

So, even if it's generally possible, I don't think that in your case it makes much sense to try it. As with all restorations, you do risk to damage your site and the less technical you are, the more possible it is to really damage your site.
