Hi,

First let me remind you that you have attached is the log file of the last back-end backup. Of course this is the only log file you can find, as the CRON job never run at all, so no front-end log file was created.

Take a look at the error messages you posted here. They happen long before any Akeeba Backup code has the chance to run. In fact, these error messages tell you that the path to altbackup.php that you specified in your CRON job command line is wrong. The error message tells you "Could not open input file: /mnt/stor1-wc1-dfw1/999999/www.mywebsite.com/administrator/components/com_akeeba/altbackup.php". It can't get more specific than that. PHP is unable to locate the file /mnt/stor1-wc1-dfw1/999999/www.mywebsite.com/administrator/components/com_akeeba/altbackup.php which you told it to run. Double check the path to the file, please.

Just in case anyone else has this problem at Rackspace, the solution is to include the web/content/ part of the path to the PHP file.

Thanks! I'll keep that in mind for future reference. BTW, which type of hosting do you have on RackSpace?

It's a Rackspace CloudSite ;-)

OK, thanks! That's what I thought. I wanted to make sure it wasn't a custom cloud server setup :)

Theblackbubble, Thanks for the post. I almost lost my hair as the command line isn't obvious based on what the Cloudsites Control Panel tells you is appended to the URL.

Thanks for the help,
