Joomla! version: (1.5)
PHP version: (unknown)
MySQL version: (unknown)
Host: (optional, but it helps us help you)
Akeeba Backup version: (unknown)

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
My site is joomla admin and front end will not load up at 411impact.com.
I only see this in the error logs for each time the site is accessed.
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method AEPlatform::load_configuration() in /home/ym7d35x1/public_html/411impact.com/plugins/system/aklazy/main.php on line 56

Is there a fix? If not how would I manually uninstall akeeba or at least aklazy using ftp since I have no access to the administration?

Just remove the plugins/system/aklazy.php file with your FTP application. Please note that there is a new, but unsupported, version of the plugin. It's in the Akeeba Backup 3.3.10 download area. I can't guarantee it will work, but at least it shouldn't crash like that.
