Description of my issue:

Installed Pro version 3.3.12 (downloaded 28-1-2012, 12:45 pm local time), but still no plugins appear.

In a previous ticket there was someone with the same problem. You told him/her to redownload and reinstall, so I did, but still no plugins.

Darn, I know what's wrong. The correct package never made it to the server :( OK, I fixed it now and updated the package. Can you please re-download and install the new package on top of the old one?

Ok, relax ;-) I re-downloaded and re-installed the package.
Now the plugins appear as they should have.
