Description of my issue:

when I restore the backup site to another server, files restore is fine, but DB restore finish 60%, then show error like this:

In the database restoration page please check the "Use REPLACE instead of INSERT" checkbox and retry. This should work; the checkbox is there to work around issues like that. Please let me know of the result.

yes, it works. what caused the error? is there anything wrong with my DB that I need to fix? thanks

Most likely it has to do with the way RocketTheme extensions store their data in the database. I've seen that on a site of my own, that's how I got to implement the REPLACE instead of INSERTs restoration feature. Just remember using the checkbox when you restore your site.
