Please look at the bottom of this page (under Support Policy Summary) for our support policy summary, containing important information regarding our working hours and our support policy. Thank you!

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

Gives error that php max filesize is too small which is not true because i have it on 16 M . The upload package is 3.3M
Tried uploading from folder tmp via ftp install doesnt work. Nothing works!

Please note that this message comes from Joomla itself, not our software. Joomla is responsible for the upload, unpacking of the package and installing it.

While this is a Joomla issue we have already compiled a document of everything that can go wrong during extension installation and how to solve it. This document is universal. It applies to all extensions by all developers, not just our own.

Based on your description the first things I'd look would be the upload_max_filesize and post_max_size in PHP's configuration (tip: look in System Information to see the value PHP sees) and whether there is available disk space (ask your host even if your control panel says you do have enough space; many hosts only make increments of that space available upon request).
