Description of my issue:

Hello,

My OVH server crash, so I reinstall the server and try to restore a backup took recently (on the 11/11/2020)

I can t restore the JPA with Akeeba kickstart, the file was corrupted.

So I click on "continue restore and ignore most errors" (or something like that)...

I notice after the restoration that the site and the back-office are not accessible.

I also notice that the restoration miss many folder like (Plugin / images / and many other)...

I try Akaba Extract tools but only the same file and folder were extracted and not all of them.

My question is : Is there I a way or a tool to restore / repair or extract maximum files from a JPA file ?

Many thanks for your help !

Best regards

Hello,

I'm afraid you already squeezed out all the possible information from your archive.

However, there are some good news: you already have all your data, you're only missing your files. Maybe (but please note that this is a real long shot) you can upload a fresh copy of Joomla on top of your restored site. In this way you should be able to login into your Joomla website.

Then you should re-install all the extensions on your website. It might work.
