Please look at the bottom of this page (under Support Policy Summary) for our support policy summary, containing important information regarding our working hours and our support policy. Thank you!

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

Until the last two days, my command line backup has worked without fail.  All of a sudden it stopped working and shows a failure.  I have attached the log file below.

Note: the manual backup now works fine and I get the Cron Job feedback from Akeeba Backup, so the task is triggered, it just fails in processing.

Can you help me diagnose the problem?

Thanks,

Rob

Hello,

looking at your log file, it seems that the backup is killed after 2 minutes. Most likely there is a timeout limit enforce by your host, that kills processes that are taking too long to complete. You never has this issue before because your site was smaller or such timeout has been applied only recently.

You should talk with your host and ask him to increase the timeout limit or use Frontend backup.
