Description of my issue:

Hello,
I have a strange issue with Akeeba Backup for Joomla! installed on a site directly hosted by a client.
The configuration page does not load completely and can't access to the options.
Another thing: the Files and Directories panels are empty.

The minimum requirements seem to be met by the hosting.

What could be wrong?

Thank you

Akeeba Staff

Hello,

it looks like it's a Javascript issue, most likely some file has not being copied by Joomla while performing the update.

Please install Akeeba Backup twice in a row without uninstalling it, it should take care of installing all missing files.
