Joomla! version: 1.5.20
PHP version: 5.2.17
MySQL version: (unknown)
Host: ipage.com
Akeeba Backup Professional version: 3.3.a3

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue.

Description of my issue:

I just uploaded the professional version, and last night it backed up the first time to s3 but not completely (part was missing). I am now getting an AJAX error with Internal Server Error message. I checked all the correct settings, how to divide a file (set at 20 mb); ran the configuration wizard, and now it won't do a backup at all. I previously had akeeba backup core on the website and it was storing files on the webhost, so I don't know that is the problem. I reviewed the troubleshooting and I did the parts that I understood how to do (most of them) and it's still not working. Thank in advance for your assistance.

According to your log file, the backup does complete. Here's what happened: when you use the Configuration Wizard, it automatically resets your data processing engine to "None".

You have to go to the Configuration page and set the Data Processing Engine to "Upload to Amazon S3". Click on the "Configure..." button next to it and make sure that the "Process each archive part immediately" is not checked.

Then, click on the "Configure..." button next to the Archive Engine drop-down and set the "Part size for split archives" to 20Mb. If the upload to S3 fails, try using different settings for this option. I recommend trying 10Mb, 5Mb, 2Mb and 1Mb.

If the backup still fails and the above did not work, please post your new backup log file here so that I can further help you.
