Description of my issue:

Hy

I'm using 3.3.11 version, and when I backup db only, it uploads it to my ftp server as a whole SQL file, not zipped, even if I setup it as jpa or zip or jps ...

is it normal ?

was the same on 3.2.7

Thanks
Ed

PS : but report on 3.3.11 : I don't have image on the "website transfer assistant" link, is it normal ?

Thanks

This has been the case for the last three and a half years, i.e. since when this feature was implemented for the first time. You need to select "All configured databases (archive file)" in the backup type to compress the SQL dump into an archive.

You're welcome!

Regarding your observation, it sounds like your browser cache is stale. Try clearing it and reload the page. It should show normally now. Please also note that if you have a low contrast, high brightness setting on your monitor you might miss the icon; it's white with mid-gray lines on light gray background. Not very good contrast, I know :)

Firefox is the new Internet Explorer: it breaks the web. I am no longer supporting Firefox. If something breaks with Firefox and works on all other browser (even IE9) then that's Firefox's problem to solve, not mine. Firefox used to be a good browser, now it's a bloated piece of crap which is an epic fail as a web browser.
