Can you please provide us with the log file of the final backup attempt? The previous log file you posted tells us that the backup is successfully complete:
INFO |140717 14:15:32|Finalizing archive
DEBUG |140717 14:15:32|Archive is finalized

Where it seems to be stuck is in removing the old backup archives:
DEBUG |140717 14:15:35|Processing count quotas
DEBUG |140717 14:15:35|Applying quotas

which is very odd. However, I did spot that your backup output directory (wp-content/uploads) is a very bad idea from a security and backup completeness perspective anyway.

Security: you are placing your backups in a directory which can be publicly read from. This makes it extremely likely for an attacker to download your backups and subvert your site's login.

Backup completeness: the contents of the backup output directory are not stored in the backup archive, they are automatically skipped. This means that everything under wp-content/uploads, essentially all of your uploaded media files, do not get backed up. Considering that this is half of what you NEED to backup on a blog, you seem to be shooting your feet.

I would suggest trying to use a different backup output directory. The default one is a very good choice, as it tackles both of the aforementioned problems.

Finally, regarding the .git directory, it is something you definitely don't want to be backing up if you are synchronising your site's Git working copy with a centralised server (e.g. GitHub). The .git directory holds copies of all past revisions of your site. If they are already stored elsewhere it makes no sense to back them up as you'd be effectively backing up the backup copies of your site.

Hi, i finally found the problem... it was 'itheme security' also known as 'better wp' plugin who messing akeeba backup. I turn it off and all works fine.

You probably want to look it up.... why it breaks akeeba

Anyway, i am still waiting for admin tools for wordpress :)

Which option in iThemes Security do you think is interfering? I have it installed on all of my test sites as it's one of the most popular plugins (if not the most popular) for WordPress. I have literally run hundreds of backups with it, without any problems.

Perhaps combination between Windows Environtment, ithemes security, and akeebabackup. I just install ithemes security and not change it setting (coz i'm still focus on development)

Did you tried on windows environtment ?

To be honest, no. Development takes place on Mac OS X and testing on Linux. I will have to setup a WordPress site on Windows.
