Hello, I am trying to download my backup file from the server via FTP but keep getting a comment about not having the correct permissions. I've checked the server and the plugins directory all the way down to the backup file have permissions of 755. I've tried downloading in both FileZilla and Cyber Duck.

Any suggestions?

Cheers!

Hello Aaron,

if you can't download the file from your server, you should contact your host, it means there is something wrong with your server permissions and we can't do nothing about that.
