Invalid AJAX data: (HTML containing script tags)

I ran the config wizard, tried different part sizes, changed the min and max time ... but still the same error. And yes, there´s enough disk space.
Any hints from the pros?

Hello Christian,

can you please try to change the Filesystem scanner engine option to Large site scanner?
You can find that option inside the Configuration page.

Can you please try to create a multipart archive with a part size of 5Mb?

Please take a look at this page of the manual, read the section related to your archive type

Yes ... that did the trick ... Great!
I tried different part sizes (50, 100) but that produces just one file with 1,4 MB.
So 5MB is the only possible size I guess?

If I remember correctly, Strato allows the creation of files under 10Mb, so 5Mb should be the correct size.
