Hi,

I am working on a WordPress site for a client who is hosting on Godaddy (I know...).
I am trying to get the site off to my localhost using Akeeba, and after updating php on their server to as high as I could (5.4.19) I uploaded the solo folder to the webroot.
Now when visiting www.mysite.com/solo I simply get a white screen and cannot move forward.
I don't know what other information you need as I am stuck at square one. I have used solo before on a Magento site and it worked like a charm.

Thanks for any help!

You can't just move the Solo files from one server to another because Solo stores data in database tables as well.

I think the easy way from here is to delete the Solo folder from the GoDaddy server and do a clean install of Solo. The clean install will create the proper database connection on GoDaddy and create the proper Solo tables. From there you can either set up Solo from scratch or export the settings from your development server and import them into your clean installation.

Now, I may be a little off because you talk about Solo in your post and your license is for Solo but you posted in the Akeeba Backup for Wordpress help section.
