Hi Nicolas or support,
I want to enter the download ID on Akeeba Backup for WordPress but where can I enter it and is it necessary?
On System Configuration, Update there is no section for it.

Are you sure you have installed Akeeba Backup Professional for WordPress? Take a look at the top of the page when you are running the Akeeba Backup plugin. Does it read Akeeba Backup for WordPress Core or Akeeba Backup for WordPress Pro? If it reads Core you need to upgrade to the Professional version first.

If it reads Pro scroll all the way down and click on the System Configuration icon. Click on the Update tab. The very first row reads Download ID. This is where you can enter your Download ID (copy it from our site's My Subscriptions page).
