Hi Akeeba,

For some reason the plugin isn't listing files in the file exclusion function of the plugin. Please advise on whether this is some hosting setting that we need to change. I need to do a backup and there are files that should be excluded as they are unnecessary and there isn't a lot of space on the server to work with.

Nevermind, found out that there is a plugin that also made use of the .file-container class in css and set this to display:none. All fixed now. This had nothing to do with the Akeeba plugin in my case.
