I have an error:

Upload of your archive failed.
Upload cannot be initialised. Amazon S3 returned an error.

Akeeba\Engine\Postproc\Connector\S3v4\Connector::startMultipart(): [3] Port number ended with 'a'

Debug info:

when trying to upload archive to Amazon S3.

Hosting: just simple OVH webhosting

I assume that akeeba settings and AWS S3 configuration is OK - it works just fine on my other installations (other hostings and buckets)

Do you have any ideas?

Thanks

I think your assumption is incorrect. The error message says that the port number you defined in the endpoint domain name is invalid. What is the endpoint you are using on this site? Copy and paste it from your configuration.

I do not use custom endpoint (custom domain name) - I'm trying to upload to S3, not alternatives like BAckblaze etc.

My full settings for 'Post-procesing engine' are:

Upload to Amazon S3
Process each part immediately: NO
Delete archive after processing: YES
Access Key / Secret Key: filled
Use SSL: YES
Enable IPv6 (dual-stack) support: YES
Bucket: arn:aws:s3:::prawoit.pl
Amazon S3 Region: Europe (Frankfurt)
Signature method: v4 (preferred for Amazon S3)
Bucket access: Virtual Hosting (recommended)
Directory: / [tried also empty and existing folder]
Disable multipart uploads: NO
Storage class: Standard storage
Custom endpoint: [empty]

Your bucket name is wrong. You need the bucket name, not its ARN. Your bucket name is prawoit.pl

I'm also not sure if v4 signatures will work with non-Amazon storage providers... You may have to use the v2 signature instead.
