Hello, I am a new subscriber and very happy to be a Akeeba backup subscriber!

I am writing this email because I have an error message when attempting to upload the AkeebaPro I just purchased.

I don’t have a back up jet.

i have several websites. But this one is giving me this error also when attempting to download any backup plugin.

this Akeeba was recommended for me since I use Yootheme.

let me know if you can help me, or which link I should read to follow instructions.

regards,

Barbara

Hello,

looking at the error, it seems you're having a permission issue (I can see that even the automated WordPress update failed). I'd suggest to get in touch with your host and report the problem, most likely you'll have to reset your file permissions.
