Hello,
this usually happens when the automatic check if performed from the CLI, which uses a different PHP version than the one that is installed on your website. Since WordPress caches everything and it's not possible to clear that cache in any way (only from the database), your only option is to manually perform the update as described here: https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/atwp/installing.html#updating
