Hello dear team!
I'm in the process of terminating a client's contract and don't want them to be able to reuse my Akeeba Pro license or download ID on other web servers later. What's the best way to do this, and what exactly happens if I delete the download ID they've been using? Can they still use the Pro version, just without receiving updates? Or will they be completely unable to use the Pro version and have to switch to the free version?

When you delete or disable the Download ID they are using they can still use the Professional version but they can no longer update it.
