The backup is working ok, problem is with updating solo. I saw post about update problem and went ahead and downloaded newest version 1.30 and unzipped it and then ftp it to server replacing files. I still do not have tab for download id to be entered in config , system config does not display correctly (it is not tabbed view but gives some errors. I can manually update but it sure would be nice to use live update.

The live update is broken in versions 1.2.x and 1.3.0. It will be fixed in 1.3.1 but you'll have to update manually.

As for the display issues, can you please provide a screenshot? Right now I'm not sure I understand what you're seeing.

the backups work and this happened after I tried updating and thought it would fix when I manually updated files. Would you suggest just doing a complete install again? it is only system config when I click on that icon I get this as in attach image

saw this in error logs tonight as I was doing screen capture "client denied by server configuration:" with my ip address and it was when I was accessing public_html/solo/Solo/assets/private/config.php via solo/index.php?view=main

I will look at .htaccess file in the am to see if that is the problem

From the little I see on that screenshot you may have a network connection issue, a PHP error or a Javascript error. I'd suggest taking a look at the server error log files to see if there's a PHP error. If not try clearing your browser's cache.
