Congratulations! The backup process has completed successfully.
You can now navigate to another page.

The log file is the most important piece of the puzzle when diagnosing a backup problem. Please zip and attach the log and I'll take a look at it.

Did your backup work? I think so. I think you ran into multiple errors during the backup but the automatic restart picked up and finished it. I need the log file to be sure.

I'm trying to download the log file but the page just keeps loading.
Can I get it through ftp?

Thanks!

The good news is the local copy of your backup is fine. The bad news is that all of the parts failed to upload to Dropbox.

Is this the same site that you have a ticket open with Nicholas about? I noticed that you have 7 parts in this backup, but 23 in the other thread.

Yes, it's the same site
I tried one to dropbox and one local, and both had different problems so I opened two tickets.

So can you tell me why I got all these errors:
Internal Server Error (Status Code: 500)
Internal Server Error (Status Code: 500)
Internal Server Error (Status Code: 500)
Failed to process file site-www.mamon.biz-20150707-211138.j03
Internal Server Error (Status Code: 500)
Failed to process file site-www.mamon.biz-20150707-211138.j04
Internal Server Error (Status Code: 500)
?

Thanks

You have the backup set to process the parts of your backup immediately after the part is created. You got a 500 error each time Backup tried to upload to Dropbox. There were no other warnings or errors in the backup, just the uploads.

What are the settings for your Dropbox upload under Configuration?
