For some reason I am not able to update from 1.9.3 to 2.0.0.

I get this error;
There is a new version available, but it requires a newer version of PHP than the one you have. As a result it will not be installed.

Please retry in 8 hours. It seems that the CDN is caching the wrong content for the update information.
