Hello - is it possible to use amazon cloud storage? I noticed you guys have it listed under the WEBDAV area but I can not for the life of me find out where to go to get the base URL or any other details on how to set this up.

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. You would select Upload to WebDAV in the Post-processing engine dropdown and then click Configure to set up the passwords, paths, etc. Is that the information you needed?

No more specifically I would need to know how to set up Amazon Cloud Drive as the storage location. In the guide, it lists Amazon Cloud Drive as one of the providers that you can use using WEBDAV.

The path used for WebDAV, the user ID and password would all be established on the Amazon Cloud side. All you do for Akeeba is enter the data in the post processing setup. Akeeba doesn't know anything about Amazon Cloud, it is just going to WebDAV. Then WebDAV goes to Amazon Cloud.

You would need to contact Amazon support if you need help setting up WebDAV there.
