I am trying to restore a site from backup using kickstart and the database restoration went fine and then on the next screen I got the attached warning then it wont let me go any further

I do not have two factor authorisation enabled on this site.

Please can you help me in simple terms, I am not a mySQL coder although I can open the tables if I need to.

On the database details page, on the right side, make sure the table prefix field is not blank. Joomla! hates blank prefixes and I do not see a prefix in the error message. The prefix should be all lower case letters.
