Hi, I'm trying to backup a Drupal 8 site and it seems to be getting stuck on the "key_values" table in the database.  Attached is a ZIP of my Akeeba Solo log.

I recently tried updating Akeeba Solo from 7.3 to 7.5 and it didn't resolve my issue.

Can you let me know how to troubleshoot this further?

Thanks,
-Nate

Please note that you do not have a subscription to Akeeba Solo Professional. You only have a subscription to Akeeba Backup for WordPress. As a result you are not entitled to Akeeba Solo support.

I can, however, tell you that the table you are backing up is irrelevant. If you look at the log file it tells me that there are a few possible problems:

  • Your PHP memory limit is very small (32M). We recommend at least 64M.
  • Your backup halts when writing to the SQL file. This may indicate that you have reached a limit on your hosting environment (you ran out of disk space).

The version of the software is irrelevant. What you are backing up is irrelevant. Both of these issues are hosting limits.

I am closing this ticket since it does not pertain to the software you have subscribed to.
