Hello,

I tried restoring my site from the backup created by Akeeba Solo Standalone using the kickstart.php script but my host (Namecheap) flags the underlisted files as Fingerprint Match exploit and quarantines them.

The files are:

'[Hacker Sig Exploit [P1899]]':    /home/XXX/public_html/installation/sql/site.s02 '[Hacker Sig Exploit [P1899]]':    /home/XXX/public_html/installation/sql/site.s04 '[RFI Exploit [P1419]]':                /home/XXX/public_html/installation/sql/site.sql   What should I do?

It is a false positive. This file is the database dump of your site. You need to contact your host to resolve this issue. If they do not let you have a file with your database dump to restore your database contents you cannot transfer your site.
