Dear Akeeba-Team,

We have several Akeeba Solo Professional installations. On all servers, we are currently faced with the following update problem:

An error occurred during the download of the update file

cURL library error #18: transfer closed with 1239 bytes remaining to read
I can always download the latest ZIP file. Unfortunately, i haven't found anything on your support forum. Is this issue known? Any workaround?   Thank you and best regards from Switzerland Fabian

Hello,

when this issue happens? I think it happens while uploading the backup archive to a remote cloud storage, are you using the same post-processing engine? If so, which on? Can you please attach the log of a failed backup?

Hi Davide,

Thanks for answering!
We are trying to do an update from 7.5.16 to 7.6.10. So i'm not having any issues with the backup archives as such. It's really just the updating process of the akeeba solo pro installation directly on the server.

Ah ok that makes sense.

If I remember correctly, that's an issue when the server can not correctly handle HTTP/2 requests. We made a change in one of latest versions to always use HTTP/1 for updates, so you should have to manually update this time and then you're good to go.
