Hello!

I am using Amazon S3 backup feature for e2 iDrive configuration. It is working perfectly!
But I can not use Import Archives from Amazon S3. I tried several times but after click on connect button, I do not see any file from e2 iDrive.
Bucket configuration (key and secret) is correct.

Maybe this feature is only for Amazon S3 and not for e2 iDrive?
Thank you in advance for your help and support.
Regards

The Import from S3 feature only works with Amazon S3 proper. It does not give you an option to set up a custom endpoint which is required when using a third party service which offers an S3-compatible API.

You can download your archives to your computer and upload them to your server. Then you can import them using the regular Import feature which works with backup archives stored on your server.
