Hello,
that's the timezone, in your case it means Central European Summer Time. For the records, we're using the DATE_FORMAT_LC2 string provided by Joomla.
You can change the layout by creating a template override and use DATE_FORMAT_LC1 or create a language override and change the format for the string DATE_FORMAT_LC2
On a closing note, please remember that support for the Akeeba Ticket System component is provided only to users that have an active subscription to that extension. Currently you only have a subscription to the Akeeba Backup for Joomla product.

Where can I find the file to override this?
I'm considering the PRO version, but I won't buy it until I know it can be adjusted to suit our country settings and website colors.
Working hours: We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm Cyprus timezone (EET / EEST). Support is provided by the same developers writing the software, all of which live in Europe. You can still file tickets outside of our working hours, but we cannot respond to them until we're back at the office.
Support policy: We would like to kindly inform you that when using our support you have already agreed to the Support Policy which is part of our Terms of Service. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us help you!
