Hello,

I have installed Akeeba Solo on a Cloudways server. I had to ask the support to enable direct access to php files in order to make it work.

When I finish the setup process and I arrive at the login form, I input the login data, but I get redirected back to the login form, without any errors. During the setup, I get no session save path write permission warnings.

What could be the issue?

I assume you tried installing Solo in a subdirectory of your Magento site. This is not going to work very well. Instead, install in a subdomain and make sure its web root is outside (next to) your main site's web root.

Hello, thank you for the reply.

At the end, I have been able to make it run even in a subfolder of Magento, the issue was with the permissions of the session folder probably caused by the several failed attempts before asking the support to enable php execution.
After removing the whole Akeeba Solo installation and reinstalling it, it works.
