EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 10MiB, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Backups give every appearance of working properly and are, in fact, loaded up to Amazon S3,

but when, inside the Akeeba Solo app, I go to Manage backups the list of backups is there as you would expect, but when I click on  'manage remotely stored files' all I get is 500 Application error.

How do I correct this, please?

Thank you,
Richard Ball

I can see in your screenshot what the problem is. Every single backup record appears with ID 0. That's why you get the "Invalid ID" error message.

This means that the Solo database tables are broken. The ID field is supposed to be an auto-number, a field which automatically gets set to the highest previously used value plus 1. The fact that it does not do that anymore tells me that you exported the Solo database tables as CSV and then imported them again. This breaks the field types, including autonumber.

I am afraid that the only thing you can do is a reinstall. Export all your backup profiles, delete Solo's files, delete Solo's database, create a new database, reinstall Solo, then import the backup profiles.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I see what I did - not what you describe but Akeeba was originally included on the same database as it had to backup. I restored my site to a new location on the same server and forgot about Akeeba Solo backup.

I have now installed Akeeba again and given it its own database.

One lives and learns!

Thank you for an excellent and invaluable product.
