 Is it possible to create a Menu Item to create directly a ticket? I would like for users to access directly to the new ticket page without the categories page.

There is no such menu item type at the moment. You can however work around it. You can create a menu item of the URL type and give it the URL to the new ticket page directly. You can find that URL by going to the front-end of your site and clicking on the New Ticket button. Copy that URL; this is the one you want.
