 HI Nicholas,

I am getting to grips with this great extension,, it does all that I want it to in a ticket system but I do have one issue which I don't seem to be able to make any progress with. Can you help me please.

If I set the default editor within options to be the BBCode one (which I would prefer for this extension) then I get a corruption in the way the buttons display...

This is a front end only problem - BBcode editor displays correctly via the admin panel functions.

I do use MiJoSEF as a component on this site but if I disable SEF for the component com_ats it makes no difference, and indeed disabling MijoSEF completely, then clearing all caches still leaves me with the editor displaying incorrectly. (I have left this setting currently as "components router" with MijoSEF enabled for the site)

I attach screen shots of the issue for clarity...

This looks like a CSS problem coming from your template. There's only one problem in helping you: my CSS skills are really bad and I'm afraid that any solution I'll propose will break something else on your site (I have similar experience from breaking our own site time and time again). Is this CSS issue something you can handle yourself?

HI Nicholas,

It may be - I changed templates and can confirm your
thoughts; I will see what I can do - if its something "common"
I will let you know as you may see it again and that might help others!
