Hello Nicholas,

We're now using Akeeba Tickets in production, and (almost) all is well. Aside from a few PEBKAC problems, I've got a question about the "Credits" system.

I've assigned a test user a bunch of credits, then went to his ticket to charge for credits. When I charge him two credits, I get the message that the credits are succesfully charged.

This doesn't change the available credits for the user. Is this by design? Is there a way to "know" how many they have left in reality?

A second thing I ran into was "overcharging" a client. I assigned him three credits, then tried to charge four. Again, the system informs me that it "succesfully charged the credits." ?

Final question: Is there a way to only "manually" charge credits? We tried setting all options to zero credits (creating a ticket, reply to a ticket...) and as a result, the amount of credits that can be charged equal zero. There doesn't seem to be an option to charge a client for when we reply (instead of them), either.

Sorry for the question barrage. :)

Kind Regards,

Steven Zeegers

1 & 2 These are being worked on right now. We will solve them in the next release

3. You can set everything to zero. We have added a field to manually charge credits but, again, this is part of the next release
