 HI

I am getting the 0 - DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (Sunday, 13 July 2014 10:16 AEST) at position 27 (A): The timezone could not be found in the database when I access the Akeeba Ticket System --> Latest Open menu item

If I set my default joomla configuration to
1. Server Time Zone - Guam and
2. set my User Account - Use Default

I DON'T get the above error

However if I set my default joomla configuration to
1. Server Time Zone - Brisbane and
2. set my User Account - Use Default

I get the DateTime::_construct() error.

Any insights would be greatful.

I have attached a dedug output and hope you can make more sense of it.

Regards

Patrick

Hello Patrick,

can you please download and install the latest dev release and try again?
Do you still have the same issue?

Hi Davide

I installed Alpha version com_ats-pro-git_3E12AA2.zip and it resolved the issue.

Could you advise if this is suitable for production environment?

Great work and thanks for your support.
