I upgraded the ticket system when i upgraded joomla to 3.3.6 and did not notice that on the front end when attempting to view tickets, the following error message is displayed:
Input_0:47: ERROR - Parse error. IE8 (and below) will parse trailing commas in array and object literals incorrectly. If you are targeting newer versions of JS, set the appropriate language_in option. {name:'Clean', className:"clean", replaceWith:function(markitup) { return markitup.selection.replace(/\[(.*?)\]/g, "") } }, ^
Please try one of the following pages: Home Page

tickets work find from the back end. Any thoughts?

As you can read in the message, Internet Explorer 8 is not supported. Its successor, IE9, was released on March 2011, nearly 4 years ago. Please use a modern browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox or even IE10+.

Thanks for the heads up. Was using Mozilla Firefox's most current version, however when I switched to Chrome it all worked fine.
