 Hi!

Good afternoon. I have a problem. I don't found the way to change the profile image for my employes. I wanna have a image profile in my works accounts for more security.

I dont know if I've explained well.

Hello Juan,

you mean the avatar that is displayed inside every ticket?
Such image is fetched using gravatar service: the user can specify an avatar associated to an email addres and we will display that image.
