 Hi
When user creates a ticket from email and the subject contains swedish characters as å ä ö, the ticket title is garbled , almost unreadable. Also some part of the body text is garbled. What's causing this?
There are also cases when the å ä ö characters are just missing in the text.

Please see attached screen dumps of one case (test).
Reading and processing the mails using cron scripts works fine from gmail account.

The sender is using an email client which does not encode the email subject in UTF8. Unfortunately, this means that it's impossible to decode them correctly. We know that this happens when you're using Outlook which is blatantly ignoring the web standards (RFCs) regarding email. We can't do anything about it since the actual raw message parsing is performed by PHP itself. By the time we have access to the email header it's already garbled due to Outlook's bug. FYI, this happens with all non-English character including Greek, when the email is sent by a brain-dead mail client (Outlook). If you know of a solution, please let me know. I've searched high and low and nobody seems to have found any solution :(
