I realize this version is still beta, but I thought you'd like to know of any issues found ;-)
[Correction - I guess 2.0.0 is no longer beta]

I created a ticket in the front-end as a super-admin. In the ticket I selected a user tag.
When looking at the completed ticket in the back-end, the user tagging was not applied to the ticket.

Thank you for the bug report! In fact the logic to save user tags was never added in the front-end NewTicket view. I fixed that, as well as the other bugs you have reported. Can you please test the development release available at https://www.akeebabackup.com/download/developer-releases/ats-dev/rev4bd0dfa.html and let me know if it addresses all the issues you've had so far?

As noted in ticket #23275, user tagging has been resolved in dev version [rev4BD0DFA].
