I have read this in the manual and checked the list of replies. I know how to assign a module to a normal template position but I am lost here. Where do I find the ats positions and how do I use them?

Hello,

you can find the full list of custom module positions here: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/akeeba-ticket-system/component-custom-module-positions.html

In order to use them, you simply have to put the custom position name inside the Position field in the module. For example, if you want a module to be on top of every page of the component, simply put the string ats-top in the position of such module.

Thanks Davide...

The second paragraph in your response needs to be included in your documentation that you have alluded to. Now it is clear.
