Hello,

I've set up a "Staff" menu where staff users can display a list of the latest opened tickets, etc..

Today the list starts with the oldest ticket (lowest ticket #)

How could I reverse this ordering, having the real latest (highest #) displayed first ?

I have searched in documentation, options in menu etc. without any success

Thanks for your help and advises,

Akeeba Staff

Hello,

that's not possible. By design Akeeba Ticket System will display the oldest tickets first, moving to the newest ones.

In this way staff can start serving customers that are waiting in the queue longer than the others.
